Goods are collected at Neuenburg am Rhein (Westtangente 4). Pick-up from sender available across the southern Baden, Black Forest, and Upper Rhine region.
The route runs through France (Lyon, Montpellier) directly to Barcelona. Drive time from Neuenburg: approx. 12 hours. The trailer remains sealed and bonded throughout.
From Barcelona port, the goods travel by RoRo ferry to Palma de Mallorca. Crossing time approx. 7.5 hours. Your cargo stays in the secured trailer on the vehicle deck.
After arrival at Palma port, goods are either delivered directly to your address or stored at the Llucmajor depot. Island-wide delivery within 24 hours of arrival.
Fixed departure: Every Monday from Neuenburg. Arrival on Mallorca: Wednesday/Thursday. Return: Friday from Palma.

Mallorca is part of Spain and therefore the EU – customs clearance is not required. However, there are a few logistical specifics to consider when planning freight.
As part of the EU, Mallorca follows the same trade rules as within Germany. No customs duties, no import VAT, no export declaration. A delivery note and CMR consignment note are sufficient.
Unlike the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands are subject to the regular Spanish VAT system (IVA). There is no special tax like IGIC – an advantage for goods traffic.
Ferry passages need to be booked in advance, especially during peak season (March–September). We handle all ferry bookings and port procedures – you deliver the goods, we take care of the rest.
Every shipment through our freight service is covered by CMR liability. For high-value goods, we offer additional transport insurance.
The statutory carrier liability under CMR covers 8.33 Special Drawing Rights per kilogram of gross weight. For a pallet weighing 500 kg, that's approximately €5,000 in coverage.
For high-value goods, machinery, or sensitive items, we offer all-risk insurance at replacement value. The premium is typically 0.3–0.5% of the goods value.
During interim storage at the Llucmajor depot, your goods are insured against fire, theft, and water damage. Storage insurance is included in the storage fee.
