Making the move to Mallorca takes a removal partner who actually knows the island – not just from a map. For years, our furniture trucks have been running regular routes between southern Germany and the Balearics. Our own depot in the Son Noguera industrial estate near Llucmajor makes all the difference: interim storage, flexible delivery, and a contact person right on the island instead of coordinating everything from afar.
A complete household goes on a dedicated trip. If you only need a few pieces moved, we add them to the next regular tour as a shared load — that makes a noticeable difference to the price. Every shipment is covered by our AMÖ transport insurance and inventoried before departure, so nothing is left unclear on arrival.
We also offer part-load shipping to Mallorca for smaller shipments. Need your vehicle in Mallorca too? Our vehicle transport to Mallorca ships cars, classic cars, motorhomes and construction machinery safely to the island. Need interim storage? Our storage service is available in Neuenburg and on Mallorca. Moving to the mainland rather than the island? Check out our removals to Spain.
Commercial freight instead of a move? Our Mallorca freight service ships pallets, LTL, and containers to the island.
Everything about emigrating? Our guide: Emigrating to Mallorca answers the most important questions – from the NIE to settling in.
What does it all cost? Our cost guide: Moving to Mallorca gives you a realistic price overview.
Individual furniture instead of a full move? Our furniture transport to Mallorca ships sofas, wardrobes and antiques safely to the island. Smaller parcels? Our parcel shipping to Mallorca ships parcels affordably and reliably to the island.

Most carriers only know Mallorca as a destination port. As a specialist removal company with our own location on Mallorca, we have a dedicated warehouse in the Polígono Son Noguera. In practice, that means your furniture waits there safely until the new place is ready. And our people on the island take care of access routes, no-parking zones, and are personally on-site on moving day.
With 300 square metres of storage space, there's room for multiple complete households at once – dry, secure, and insured. Since our Mallorca shuttle runs weekly between southern Germany and the island, we can react flexibly to last-minute changes. Interim storage with us means your furniture is packed, inventoried, and stored individually. You only pay for the actual space used, and storage insurance is included. Whether two weeks or three months – there's no fixed limit.
For a move from Germany to Mallorca, there are several routes to choose from – which one fits depends on your budget, volume, and preferred delivery date. All options are covered by our AMÖ transport insurance.
We know this route inside out: from southern Germany through France to Barcelona or Valencia, then onto the ferry to Palma. From Barcelona, the crossing takes around 7.5 hours; from Valencia, roughly 8 hours – depending on the carrier and connection. Your belongings stay inside the sealed truck trailer throughout the ferry passage, protected from weather and sea air. After arriving at Palma port, it's straight to your new address or to the depot in Llucmajor if the move-in date isn't set yet.
The truck runs just for you. No other customers, no intermediate stops. From collection in Germany to delivery on Mallorca, expect 5 to 7 working days. Direct transport makes particular sense for larger households or when the delivery date needs to be pinned down exactly. The transport insurance covers the full replacement value of your belongings.
Just a few pieces of furniture or some boxes? Then a shared load is the smart option. Your things travel on a transport that's already scheduled – you split the freight costs. Since our Mallorca shuttle runs weekly, waiting times rarely exceed one to two weeks. With shared loads too, your belongings are fully insured and carefully secured.
| Direct transport | Part-load | |
|---|---|---|
| Truck | Exclusively for you | Shared space on a scheduled run |
| Transit time | 5–7 working days | 1–2 weeks |
| Best for | Complete households | Individual furniture or boxes |
| Scheduling | Exact date | Flexible delivery |
| Insurance | Full cover (replacement value) | Also fully insured |
| Price | Higher — exclusive transport | Considerably cheaper |

Moving to Mallorca for the first time, you'll run into a few things that differ from Germany:
German standard sizes (140×200 cm) don't fit Spanish bed frames (150×190 cm). If you're bringing your German bed, no need to buy new — but check whether the slatted frame fits the bedroom.
Sockets are compatible (Type C/F as in Germany). However, the mains voltage fluctuates more on Mallorca — sensitive devices benefit from surge protection.
Many rental flats on Mallorca come without a dishwasher. The washing machine is often in the bathroom or on the terrace. Bringing your own kitchen? Measure up and check Spanish connections.
Wooden furniture swells in salt air, upholstery fades quickly in the sun. UV-resistant materials last significantly longer on Mallorca.

Tell us your moving volume, preferred date, and destination on Mallorca – we'll get back to you with a concrete fixed-price offer.
Beyond the move itself, there are a few formalities you should tackle early. Put them off too long and you'll find yourself without a bank account or health card.
If you live permanently on Mallorca, you need to register at the town hall (Ayuntamiento). Without the Empadronamiento, very little works: no doctor, no school, no phone contract. Bring: rental contract, passport, and NIE.
Bringing your car? You have 60 days to get Spanish plates. That requires an ITV inspection (Spain's equivalent of the MOT), proof of residence, and your vehicle documents. By the way, we also handle transporting your car to Mallorca.
The NIE (Número de Identidad de Extranjero) is your Spanish tax number – and without it, almost nothing works on Mallorca: no bank account, no rental contract, no phone line. Our tip: apply at the Spanish consulate in Germany before you move.
Send us the basics – volume, preferred date, collection address. We'll crunch the numbers and come back with a concrete quote. Free, no strings attached.
